Conditions and General Terms
The present Conditions and General Terms (CTG) expressly regulate commercial relations which arise between HOTEL APARTAMENTOS PRINCESA PLAYA IRLANSOL, S.L. (hereinafter HOTEL APARTAMENTOS PRINCESA PLAYA and users or customers that contract the services offered through the website www.princesaplaya.com

They have been prepared in accordance with existing legislation in this area and particularly, in accordance with the following legal texts:

• Law 34/2002, of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
• Law 7/1998 about General Terms in Contracts.
• Royal Decree 1906/1999 which regulates the telephone and electronic contracting with general conditions in the implementation of Article 5.3 of Law 7 / 1998.
• General Law 26/1984 for the General for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
• Law 7/1996 of Retail Trade Regulation.
• Law 59/2003 of 19th December about Electronic Signature.

Both the navigation and the hiring of the services offered by HOTEL APARTAMENTOS PRINCESA PLAYA imply acceptance as a user, without reservation of any kind, of each and every subsequent CTG, and in case, of the Particular Conditions or specific ones.

HOTEL APARTAMENTOS PRINCESA PLAYA will be able in any moment and without notice in advance, to modify the present CTG so as the Particular Conditions which are included in each case, through publication of those modifications in the WEB-Site, so that they can be again known and accepted by the users.

2.- INFORMATION PREVIOUS TO THE CONTRACTING

The user, accepting the present CTGs, declares to have the age of majority and the legal capacity to use this website in accordance with the General Conditions here set, which understands and are fully understood.

Once the service is contracted the user will see the confirmation of the booking on-line through the verification screen, as confirmation of the contracted.

The booking confirmation and proof of payment thereof (printed by the user) is not valid as an invoice.

3.- FORMALIZATION OF THE SALE

3.1.- SERVICES OFFERED. PRICES INDICATION

HOTEL APARTAMENTOS PRINCESA PLAYA will show in each moment the services offered with its own characteristics and price.

HOTEL APARTAMENTOS PRINCESA PLAYA keeps the right to decide in each moment the services which are offered to the users or clients through the web-site www.princesaplaya.com

In this way, HOTEL APARTAMENTOS PRINCESA PLAYA may at any time add new services to those included in the Web, which will be ruled by the established in the General Conditions valid at that moment.

Also HOTEL APARTAMENTOS PRINCESA PLAYA reserves the right to cease providing access, at any time and without notice, of any of the services offered.

3.2.- INDICATION OF THE PRICES OF THE SERVICES

The price of each service will appear on screen.
The prices on screen will be indicated in Euros and include the corresponding value added tax (VAT) and any other tax that should be applicable. Prices shown on screen will be the current ones, except misprint.

3.3.- AVAILABILITY

The availability of each service will depend on the timetable provided by the Hotel Apartamentos.

4.- PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE

A credit card number is required to confirm your reservation (number, expiry date and owner).

Children from eleven years pay the same price as adults.

Payment of the stay will be paid upon arrival to the Hotel Apartamentos.

5.- HOTEL APARTAMENTOS CANCELLATION POLICY

The hotel will charge the value of the first night reserved as a garantee. During the months of June, July, August and September, and Easter Holiday, This change will be done 14 days before the arrival, the rest of dates will be done 3 days before. This charge will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no show.

The hotel wiil charge the rest of the payment upon arrival.

6.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

HOTEL APARTAMENTOS PRINCESA PLAYA is especially interested in the security and confidentiality of data provided by its clients. In this sense, HOTEL APARTAMENTOS PRINCESA PLAYA compromises to the protection of personal data of the users of the web-site www.princesaplaya.com

The politics of personal data protection extends to all matters relating to the collection and use of the information provided through this WEBSITE. (See Privacy Policy).

In case of changes in the Data Protection Policy set out, users will be informed through this WEBSITE.

7.- GOVERNING LAW. SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION.

This contract is governed by Spanish law that will be applied for the not established in this contract in matters of interpretation, validity and performance.

The parties expressly waive the jurisdiction they may correspond and expressly submit to the courts in Fuengirola the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the performance of these contract terms.
